At FAFO Apparel, we move with urgency. Every order is processed quickly and with attention to detail.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:
• Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days (if available)
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Delays
FAFO Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Postal carriers or shipping providers
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Weather disruptions
• Customs processing (if applicable)
We make every effort to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking confirms delivery but the package is missing, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
FAFO Apparel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
If applicable, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
FAFO Apparel is built on discipline and execution. We do our part to get your gear out fast and handled properly. Once it leaves our facility, we rely on trusted carriers to complete the mission.
