Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags (if applicable) must be attached
• Item must be free of odors, stains, or damage

To initiate a return or exchange, email support@shopfafo.com with your order number and reason for return.


Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

We understand sizing happens.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the error was ours. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos
• Description of the issue

If verified, we will replace the item at no cost.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
